Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Bookings once confirmed are non-refundable
  • Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refund
  • If service is cancelled by us:
    Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
